The result of CoB’s surveys (CIRCULAR 113/2007 and Circular 070/2007) regarding the above mentioned topics can be found below.
The tables display the information received in the framework of a survey circulated in June 2007 and followed by a request for an update in September 2007.
In the event we haven’t received any new information in September 2007 the overview shows the replies of CoB Members in June 2007.
The file contains two worksheets with the following content:
- “5th MID Implementation” represents an overview of the replies of all EEA members about their scheduling of the implementation of the 5th MID and a possible transitional period. Minimum amounts of insurance coverage for bodily injuries and property damage are displayed in EUR.
- “Current minimum amount” gives an overview of the current minimum amounts in EUR and in the national currency.
The file will be updated on a regular basis every 6 months or after having received relevant information.
